A: A Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor that provides services remotely. Services provided can range from administrative support to more professional services, such as ghost writer, website design, sales and customer service.

A: Each business is unique, but there are a variety of reasons why you should use a VA, such as:
You are just starting a business and cannot yet afford a full-time staff
You travel or work primarily from home and on-stite assistance is not a priority

Q: How do I arrange for payment?
A: Payment is currently accepted via Paypal, which allows you the flexibility to pay using your Paypal account or with your credit card and/or check.
Q: How are complaints handled?
A: I value your business and will exhaust every avenue to remedy any issues that may arise with professionalism. Any complaints will be addressed promptly and you will be provided with frequent updates until the matter is resolved. However, to date, ReliableVA has recieved 0 complaints.
Q: What should I do if the service required is not listed?
A: Just drop us a line. If we are not able to assist you directly, we do have VA partners that may meet your needs
Q: Are you available for long term projects?
A: Absolutely! If you anticipate your project will last for 6 months or more, we may be able to provide you with a more economical price plan.

Q: How soon can services begin?
A: Services can usually begin within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
