ReliableVA.com was founded in early 2007, by it's President and Chief Professional Officer, Terrie Norwood, with a sincere dedication of providing efficient virtual staffing solutions that allow business owners and individuals to effectively manage their day-to-day lives.
Terrie's business career spans over 21 years in the Telecommunications and Retail industries, in which she has gained significant insight into working in a professional, fast-paced environment. In addition to her extensive experience in various administrative roles, she also has direct experience with managing and working with virtual teams. This experience has not only allowed her the opportunity to meet and work with a diverse employee group, but to develop a clear understanding of what it takes to be successful in a challenging, fast paced, virtual environment.
Throughout her career, she has achieved numerous awards, certificates and acknowledgements for her outstanding performance in the areas of sales growth and project management. Terrie prides herself on having a strong work ethic and an inherent ability for building client relations. Although, she successfully connects clients with reliABLE and skilled short-termed and seasonal support, she specializes in bridging the gap for new businesses as they interview and hire a permanent staff.
